To serve as one of the four officers, a member must have been a guild member for a minimum of one year prior, to be nominated. 

Officers and chairpersons are nominated in August, elected in October and take office in January.  Voted in at the 1/26/2010 meeting- membership dues will be waived for the officers, newsletter chair and program chair.
